Team of Teams - East Camden INT

In 2024, Camden’s Borough Health and Care Partnership Board secured a space in Kentish Town Health Centre for the East Adult Social Care team (social workers, occupational therapists and social care practitioners) and East Community Health team (district nurses, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, occupational therapists) to work together in the same building as the James Wigg GP Practice. This ‘Team of Teams’ was referred to as the East Camden Integrated Neighborhood Team (INT). CHC quickly integrated themselves with the INT and we worked to extend our services to the Camden residents being seen by the INT.

The INT were asked to ‘test’ how to work together, so our residents ‘only have to tell their story once’.

What follows is a zine detailing the experiences of the East Camden INT from those who worked within it.
