Creative Connections is an afternoon of activities designed for James Wigg Group Practice patients who have Learning Disabilities, aged 18+, all abilities welcome.

WHERE?

Sessions take place within the Well-Beeing Garden andGym Room at the Kentish Town Health Centre

WHEN?

The sessions run every Thursday, 15:00-17:30PM

WHO?

This activity is for:

  • Registered patients at the James Wigg and Queens Crescent GP practices in Kentish Town.

  • People living in the borough of Camden.
